    Duties

    • Carrying out surveying activities to produce documentation for existing buildings
    • Preparation and follow-up of the surveying
    • Recording all types of buildings using 3D laser scanning
    • Evaluating the survey data using Leica Cyclone Register and subsequent provision of data

    Profile

    • Fully qualified surveying technician (m/f)
    • Familiar with use of common hardware and software and how to safely handle measuring equipment
    • Reliable, responsible, and highly motivated
    • An independent worker capable of focusing on projects and achieving targets
    • Holds a Category B driving licence for the use of company vehicles
    • Willing to travel (approx. 25% outside of Dresden and the surrounding area)

    Duties

    • On-site surveying using 3D laser scanners by Leica (mostly in the Dresden area)
    • Producing drawings for floor plans/cross sections/building elevations
    • Compiling area computations in accordance with DIN 277, WoFlV, and gif
    • Creating 3D building models and BIM

    Profile

    • Fully qualified architectural/technical drafter (m/f/d)
    • Confident and experienced in the use of CAD software, preferably ArchiCAD, as well as MS Office
    • Knowledge of 3D processing with ArchiCAD
    • Reliable, responsible, and highly motivated
    • An independent worker capable of focusing on projects and achieving targets
    • Holds a Category B driving licence for the use of company vehicles
